New bus route No. 45 "Mežciems – Carnikava" to be launched for customers’ comfort as of June 14
From terminal Mežciems the buses will run in Hipokrāta Street, Malienas Street, Juglas Street, Murjāņu Street, Silciema Street, Brīvības gatve, Jaunciema gatve, motorway P1, Rīgas Street, Ojāra Vācieša Street to terminal Carnikava Market Square.
From terminal Carnikava Market Square the buses will run in Ojāra Vācieša Street, Rīgas Street, motorway P1, Jaunciema gatve, Brīvības gatvi, Silciema Street, Murjāņu Street, Juglas Street, Malienas Street, Hipokrāta Street to terminal Mežciems.
There will be the following bus stops on the way to Carnikava: Mežciems, School, Jugla, Murjāņu Street, Kvēles Street, Shop, Brīvības gatve, Juglas Street, Open-air museum, Culture house, Turn to Bukulti, Peats storage, Milnas, Klipiņas, Ozolkalni, Jaunciems (Suži), 10th cross-line, Belte, Cemetery, 6th cross-line, 4th cross-line, factory Jaunciems, 1st cross-line, Zundagi, Kalngale, Garciems, Garupe, Carnikava, Carnikava Market Square.
There will be the following bus stops on the way to Mežciems: Carnikava Market Square, Carnikava, Garupe, Garciems, Kalngale, Turn to Carnikava, Zundagi, 1st cross-line, factory Jaunciems, 4th cross-line, 6th cross-line, Cemetery, 10th cross-line, Jaunciems (Suži), Ozolkalni, Klipiņas, Milnas, Peats storage, turn to Bukultiem, Culture house, Open-air museum, Juglas Street, Silciema Street, Shop, Kvēles Street, Murjāņu Street, School, Mežciems.
The new bus route will be included in Riga bus network, which means the same payment procedure, tariffs and terms of using e-tickets as in other public transport routes operated by Rīgas satiksme.
